Understanding Cancer: From Biology and Epidemiology to
Therapy and Prevention
Welcome!
I hope this website will provide you with easy access to essential information about cancer, its manifestations and causes, epidemiology, and more. Its purpose is to help you retrieve study materials and readings, and enable you to research various aspects of the ongoing cancer epidemic on your own. Of course, considering the scale of information available in the published scientific literature on cancer and on the internet, this selection is rather limited. Any suggestions, such as links and resources to add, are very much appreciated.
A syllabus from last year’s class is available upon request.
Please note that many materials on this website are for personal, academic use only, that is, copying and commercial distribution without permission from the content creators and publishers are outside the copyright laws.
Thank you very much for your respect and cooperation.
